Autoclaves are used to cure AAC using live steam. These autoclaves are usually very long in order to accommodate rail-car loading techniques. ASC designs and manufacturers AAC autoclaves for a many of leading AAC producers.

Ilya has more than 22 years experience in advanced control systems and 7 years at ASC. Prior to ASC he worked as a field engineer for Honeywell. Ilya is ASC's most senior control engineer and is an expert at PLC programming of complex systems and has experience in a wide range of PLCs including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, PLCDirect, Honeywell, and others. Ilya is responsible for the more advanced control system projects ASC takes on, including nuclear sampling autoclaves and wet-process systems. Ilya received his MSEE from Politechnical University, Russia.

ASC has years of experience in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis to support our autoclave and oven design and manufacturing. We’ve recently made this experience available to our customers for tooling and equipment validation.
