In these tough economic times, it is important that we all squeeze every drop of productivity out of our ID Printer investment and maintain the equipment properly and within the manufacturers guidelines. This maintenance includes cleaning the printer on a regular basis. Unfortunately this is often the most overlooked by most users and many people never even clean their printer which can void the warranty.

As the CEO of the company, I take full responsibility for complying with their MAP policies and still providing you, our customers with the lowest prices and best service. With any luck, REASON will prevail and these manufacturers will simply let us go back to doing what we do best - selling their product.

Our trademarks are ADJECTIVES to describe our products origin – such as BioCert Software, BioCert ClipBio Pro Memory Drive, BioSaf GunLokR, or BioCert Intelligent Identity Manager, it is not a NOUN nor is it the company name. The company name is ASG or iQBio.

Extended Service Plans (ESP) offer an extension of the manufacturers warranty and/or offer an uplift of the service offered during the manufacturers warranty period. ASG's ESP Program offers coverage and services not offered by the original manufacturers warranty and extends the services and warranty coverage beyond the manufacturers traditional warranty period. NONE of our competitors offers as comprehensive of an ESP package as ASG Global. Our goal is to keep you printing and keep production going in your environment.
