Butch has worked with TCG since its inception in 1994. As CTO, his goals are to promote consistent architecture standards and share lessons learned between development projects.

His pledge-and that of all of our staff-to all of our customers is that our company will always uphold these values and, if they are ever contravened or compromised, he will personally take direct action to ensure such mistakes are not repeated.

With over 120 years of combined technical and management experience, TCG’s senior management team is dedicated to excellence and provides successful guidance for all of our Federal government IT projects.

We have more experience in federal grants management than any other company, with 33 engagements at eight federal agencies. These projects include grants business process reengineering; capital planning and investment control; enterprise architecture; systems architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance; and ancillary services such as help desks, call centers, and outreach. We are familiar with the Grants Management Line of Business (GMLOB) providers, COTS grants management solutions, and grants management policies and developments.

David G. Cassidy David Cassidy joined TCG in February 2000 as a Project Manager. In his current role as Vice President, he is responsible for client satisfaction and program excellence and manages TCG’s business development and marketing activities. He has extensive experience in this capacity and currently manages a portfolio of $36 million of projects for TCG, including 26 subcontractors.
