Ateb offers many IVR configurations based on our customer’s infrastructure and the functions being implemented. A few of Ateb’s configurations include: Central Solutions installed at our customers or hosted; Regional Solutions installed at our customers or hosted; in-pharmacy solutions; or hosted solutions. Ateb supports integration with analog phone extensions, digital phone extensions, VoIP, Session Initiated Protocol (SIP), T1, and PRI's. The configuration and phone integration is dependent on the telecommunication protocol installed.

Ateb’s in-pharmacy solutions run on most Windows and Linux platforms. Ateb architecture is very robust and provides the flexibility necessary to fit into our customer's existing infrastructure. Ateb also provides centralized and hosted solutions.

Ateb's Customer Support Department provides a central point of contact for issue resolution. Our goal is to solve your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible with our highly skilled professional team. Our Customer Support Team is available to our current customers who have support on Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm Eastern.
