When Andy Watkinson arrived to bid the job, we made almost an instant decision that we would like to work with him because he got really excited about the job and our tile choice; you can't expect someone to do their best unless they are enthusiastic about what they are doing and Andy definitely was. There was a tricky problem with connecting the new tile to existing tile and we felt very strongly about having it transition smoothly. Andy assured us that the transition between floors would not be a problem and he made a great recommendation to lay the tile in a stacked pattern, which we absolutely love. The installation process was effortless for us because Andy and Jason reported on schedule every day.
