Daryl Rynd and Joe Gesmundo founded American Village Builders (AVB) in 1981. Daryl was born and raised in the Portage area and has been in the building trade for over thirty-five years. Before starting AVB, Daryl worked his way up through the trades to become a supervisor and a Master Carpenter. Joe was born and raised in the Richland area and has been involved with real estate development for over thirty-five years.AVB is known for its unparalleled commitment to quality and service.
