Description

James has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and management in the self-service retail industry. He directs AVT's technology and the design and integration of technology, software and firmware into all of AVT's products. He has spent the last 10 years working with companies such as United Airlines, Coinstar, Multimedia Games, Boston Scientific and Chase Manhattan Bank.

As the pioneer in driving the explosion of automated retail, AVT is the industry's first company to incorporate leading technology, computers and the internet into vending and retailing. AVT manufactures a wide range of Automated Retailing Systems, vending units, and next generation refrigerated and high-capacity snack machines. The manufacturing of our own equipment allows AVT to incorporate our array of technology into the machines at the time of production, thus reducing the costs associated with retrofitting units manufactured elsewhere. AVT sells their systems directly to vending operators and retailers across the United States and is the only manufacturing company with these combined capabilities, which gives AVT a critical edge on the competition.

We can custom design any user interface required as well as include custom hardware for access control - such as fingerprint scanning and web camera integration for security.
