No any damages will be paid for labor charges, attorney charges, shipping and handling charges, and etc. We only replace the bad production with a good production. If there's any dispute in transactions, it should be claimed and resolved in Los Angeles, California courts and legal authorities only. Customer promises to pay for all purchases as billed, on the payment date specified in the AH Lighting invoices, and if payment is not paid accordingly, customer agrees to pay service charge of one point five (1.5) percent per month on an unpaid balance. In the event of default customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and payable when invoice is sent to collection to any attorney.
