Early in the last decade A&M realized the significant benefit our production process could achieve by providing an Assembly Services Department for the products we manufacture in-house at our production facility. In 2007, we invested in the skilled personnel and infrastructure required to extend our Quality Control System to provide a turn-key manufacturing / assembly solution for our Customers. Today, from product inception to final product assembly and shipping, the entire process can be performed in-house at A&M.

The design process can start from your product documents or you can provide us with your CAD files. In either case our Design and Engineering Department will make sure the dimensional data and specifications are correct for the mold making process to begin. Our customers benefit from our years of experience working with numerous materials from engineered resins, carbon and glass filled Ultem to Stainless Steel filled PC/ABS. Once your design has passed our rigorous Quality Control, it is ready to move on to our Tooling and Mold Making department.
