Our primary geographic areas are the southeastern and southwestern United States, but we maintain and provide services across the continental United States. A-B has successfully won and continues to win repeat business and awards from our customers by being truly dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations.

A-B employs technical representatives and senior technical managers who have extensive experience in the product lines they support. On average, A-B technicians have in excess of 25 years of industry experience that is specific to the equipment under contract. They have been trained by the Original Equipment Manufacturer on the computer hardware they support, and they carry industry certifications from IBM, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Microsoft, Sun, and VMware. At its own expense, A-B has funded continuing education and training for their technicians.
