A Closer Look was founded in 1994 by Chuck Paul and David McAleese, hospitality customer service veterans who know from firsthand experience how absolutely crucial it is to create the most favorable guest experience possible. They were convinced a key component in achieving this goal was to offer customized, in-depth mystery shopping solutions for lodging and restaurant companies.
