Founded in 1976, Automatän began in the paper-productive state of Wisconsin, USA as a company with a vision of special markets for corrugated products. Kevin Widder, a 21-year veteran to the industry, joined with Lakeview Equity Partners LLC, and acquired the company in the fall of 2006. Since the acquisition, the company has continued to supply exceptional, high quality machinery worldwide while adding new products and services to its portfolio.

Most recently Automatän has added robotics to their product line to provide customers with solutions that will increase efficiencies and decrease manual labor. The robots are designed to feed the front end of all types of corrugated machinery as well as load forming off the back end and allow for a quick ROI.

Automatän is an international company that supplies innovative graphics-related equipment to the corrugated, folding carton, litho and flexo printing industries around the world. Our focus is adding to our customers' success by improving packaging graphics––both quality and efficiency.
