Arthur Hutton, principal of A. Hutton & Company, has close to 20 years experience in the real estate appraisal industry. After working in the profession since 1994, Mr. Hutton formed his own company in 2002. Since its inception, the firm has grown from a sole practitioner to include six appraisers that cover the New York Metropolitan region, including New York City’s five boroughs, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

For over 15 years, Arthur Hutton, principal and owner, has been servicing New York’s Metropolitan area, as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island. Additionally, the company services the Central Florida real estate market, including the Tampa, Orlando and Daytona Metropolitan regions.

Sky Tsou, who resides in Roslyn, New York, has close to three years of experience in the appraisal industry. Mr. Tsou is currently working toward his New York State Appraiser Assistance License and performs commercial appraisals throughout New York City’s five boroughs in addition to Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Caroline Poplawski, who resides in Melville, New York, has over 18 years of professional experience in the financial industry. Upon graduating New York University in 1987 with a B.S. in Economics and Finance, she was recruited into a major bank’s management training program. Ms. Poplawski subsequently worked in the futures and hedge fund industry, predominantly in portfolio asset allocation. Ms. Poplawski is the Office Manager.

Stanley Redfearn, who resides in Westbury, New York, has seven years experience in the appraisal profession. Since joining the firm, Mr. Redfearn has completed the requisite courses to obtain the New York State Appraiser Assistance License (#48000047233) and is pursuing the New York State General Certification. Mr. Redfearn performs both residential and commercial appraisals.
