With over 20 years of asset management experience in retail and multifamily properties, Michael leads leasing and acquisitions at A.J. Dwoskin & Associates. His experience includes leading teams and managing a portfolio in excess of $1 Billion for nine years, specializing in turning around distressed and value-add assets; he additionally brings six years of experience in development at a public REIT. Michael offers strong asset management skills such as acquisition, development, leasing, property management, and disposition of retail properties.

Arthur has been in real estate for over 25 years, with a retail background including work for Dayton Hudson/Target. He previously served as General Manager of Lakeforest Mall for Taubman Companies.

Bel Air is also within walking distance to a VRE station and OMNI bus stop park & ride, providing commuter bus service to metro stations & suburban employment locations.
