Covoda was founded in 2001 by former corporate telecommunications executive Mark J. Thomas and began operations in 2003. Covoda’s immediate goal was to provide an all-encompassing communications package to small businesses in the Tri-State area. Over the course of Covoda’s inaugural year the IP Exchange Service was developed and implemented into the communications market.
