A New Leaf has been open since 1983 and operating as a full service florist and garden shop. A New Leaf is also a unique non-profit agency providing employment and job training to adults in Rhode Island who have psychiatric disabilities. The exceptional design skills of our staff and old-fashion value of our bouquets has established our continued success in the local, college and corporate communities. A New Leaf is partially funded by a grant from the Rhode Island Mental Health and Retardation Hospitals and has also received funding from the United Way, Champlin Foundation, Marie Keese Lelash Foundation, Levy Foundation, Citizens Bank, as well as private donations towards its cause. We strive to assist in improving the lives of all of our employees by encouraging the development of career goals and dreams via branching out into various opportunities of employment.
