A Place In the Sun Homes is owned by Rob and Joanne Stennett, who, along with their six year old daughter Emma moved from the UK to the warmer climate of Orlando, Florida. Rob had previously spent the vast majority of his working career in the money markets and financial institutions - He now deals in all financial aspects for A Place In The Sun. Joanne deals with all of the customer service areas of the company - She will leave no stone unturned to assist a guest or homeowner. As a family run business we are proud to offer a variety of Vacation Homes, condomiuniums and townhomes in the Central Florida area. All of our properties are located within minutes of area attractions including: Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios & Islands Of Adventure and SeaWorld just to name a few. We offer all our guests while staying in one of our Florida Vacation Homes 24 hour 7 days a week customer service.
