A S Klein Engineering, PLLC is a professional engineering firm founded in 2013 after a need was identified in the western United States for code consultation and advocacy. Headquartered in the beautiful Tri-Cities in eastern WA, we are proud to share our geography with offices of many of the world's leading research and engineering firms.

For both new and existing construction, our Certified Energy Managers analyze the entire building as a system to identify energy- and cost-saving measures, some of which take no investment to implement. For projects that do involve capital costs, we provide comprehensive financial analyses which allow our clients to make educated, prudent decisions.

We provide design review services that include compliance checks, feasibility analyses, and data validation. Our Engineers are well-versed in EPA requirements for air, waste and water permits, and are available for consultation to streamline the approval process with state and federal agencies for operations involving the use and transportation of hazardous chemicals and hazardous waste.
