Gabby has followed a career path in the hospitality and customer service industry for 15 years. She began her career working as an office coordinator and guest services associate at Squaw Creek, and quickly expanded her skills to incorporate a position as a regional hotel supervisor for HSS. Her extensive background in operation start-ups, conversions, and managing multiple locations, has enabled Gabby to excel at quality assurance and team management, she is a valued team member at A Step Above.
Twenty-four years in the music and entertainment industry has given Gary Grosjean a world of experience in dealing with management, customer relations and quality service. Grosjean served as a tour and production manager for such notables as The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, The Steve Miller Band, The Pointer Sisters and many more. He managed everything from the complicated logistics of flying a crew of 200 people around the world for a Rolling Stones concert tour to renting out an entire raceway to put on a thank you party for Aerosmith's concert production crew.
Jeff came to A Step Above with over 25 years experience in a skilled trade industry. With years of training in Production Management including logistics and supervision of multiple labor crews, Jeff brings unsurpassed knowledge to our residential management team, as well as detailed customer service. He has resided in the Reno/Tahoe area his entire life and understands the challenges and obstacles specific to this area in maintaining and protecting property assets.
Loren Remer joins A Step Above with over 15 years experience in the construction industry, 10 years of management experience, and 5 years in the hospitality field. An expert at seeing projects through to their successful conclusion, Loren is rerenowned for his level head in stressful situations and his close attention to detail. He has extensively traveled throughtout the US until finally settling in beautiful Lake Tahoe for the last 14 years.
