Description
As part of our Outreach Ministries, we provide consultation and mentoring to existing ministries and to new ministries being established. Our work in the Native American Outreach Ministries began in June 2003, under the leadership of Gail McCuiston, concentrating mainly on Rosebud and Pine Ridge Reservations, South Dakota. We help an organization called Teddy Bears for Peace, providing small, stuffed animals to soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan to give to children.
In September 2003, the Storehouse began providing the services of a Dental Clinic. In addition to adults, the Dental Clinic also serves older children.
