Vortex Industries is a small family-owned company, handed down for three generations. Its primary business is repairing commercial doors. We have approximately 350 employees covering California, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Oregon.Our customer feedback is mainly derived through our Service Technicians. By educating and motivating our Service Techs, they assume the responsibility to make sure that every time they leave the job site the customer has been fully apprised of what we did, how we did it, and how we can save them money and downtime in the future.As a result of training our Service Technicians to listen and report back to us, your feedback educates us in what you consider to be important from your door repair company. We have learned from others that fast response is first priority, second priority is for the door to be fixed correctly, and the third priority is for the price to be reasonable. We have succeeded in being a leader in the door industry because we have addressed these issues.
