White, Inc. was born out of the need to provide property owners with expert, hands-on services, by professionals that truly understand the needs of the securities industry when coupled with private ownership interests. The underlying goal is to maximize yields of the portfolio while providing management services personalized to the needs of both the property, and the owner. We are fully insured and licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.

Brad Koach is an investment banker with over 30 years experience in real estate development, syndication, finance, and property management. Real estate experience includes multifamily housing, commercial development and retail.

AWI has extensive experience in the management of commercial properties such as medical complexes, office complexes, self-storage facilities, strip shopping centers & high-end high rise buildings. AWI manages approximately 100,000 square feet in the Fresno market and owns properties in Fresno and other markets. Our goal is to not only maintain & manage the property, but also enhance its value through hands-on services by credentialed professionals.

Jack B. Murray is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. He has held that license since 1969. Mr. Murray has extensive experience as a property manager, real estate syndicator and developer of both commercial developments as well as Garden Type multi family apartments.
