A&K Slip Forming, Inc. was established in January of 1997. While working toward the American dream, we started out as a team of eight. Over the past 15 years we have grown to employ five full time office staff, one master mechanic and four seasonal crews consisting of Union Masons, Laborers and Operators. Our role is to perform as a subcontractor for General Contractors throughout the Northeast. Approximately 85% of our projects are performed for New York State Department of Transportation with the remaining work being done for municipalities and commercial development. In May of 1998 A&K was certified as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). We pride ourselves on providing our GC's with a quality product at a competitive price while helping them meet their minority goals on all NYSDOT and Government funded projects. Since our inception we have performed over 1,000 projects for more than 275 General Contractors. Thanks to them we get to do what we love to do every day.
