Amanda earned her Paralegal Certification from the Community College of Denver, graduating with honors. She began working with Aab & Botts, LLC in 2009 and has experience in the areas of commercial law, general corporate law, real estate and mergers and acquisitions.

Robert E. Botts, Jr. has practiced law in Denver, Colorado for over 21 years and is the managing member of Aab & Botts, LLC. Robert represents and counsels clients in sales and acquisitions of businesses, commercial transactions, corporate compliance, mining, oil and gas, real estate, commercial finance and lending.

In 1979, Laura began practicing law at The Prudential Insurance Company of America handling a variety of legal matters, including agricultural, industrial, and commercial real estate issues in support of properties in seven states, and overseeing litigation. In 1984, Laura joined the firm Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber, currently known as Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schrek, LLP. Laura practiced law with Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber for over 20 years, focusing primarily on complex real estate transactions. While at Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber, Laura worked with local and multinational developers, tenants and REITs, and was lead attorney on several public-private partnerships.

Brenda Ishida is a paralegal with the firm, who handles a variety of matters related to Mr. Aab’s law practice. She began working as a paralegal in 1976 and has worked with Mr. Aab since 2007. Prior to that, Ms. Ishida worked on a variety of civil cases with other law firms in the Denver area, including two prior stints with Mr. Aab. During the 1980s, Ms. Ishida worked as the executive assistant for the Vice President of a national energy company in Denver, Colorado.

Aab & Botts represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate matters. Our practice consists of acquisition and sale, leasing, development, financing, and title issues. Outside of these core areas, our Attorneys also handle lien claims, quiet title and specific performance suits, condemnation matters, free speech access rights on private property, as well as tenant eviction and lease collection matters.
