Aaron’s Catering of the Palm Beaches continuous to enjoy popularity and expansion throughout South Florida. Founded in 2005, as Aaron’s Catering of Wellington, Inc., by Aaron Menitoff, an equestrian, graduate of the University of Michigan and the Florida Culinary Institute, his privately owned small business began providing catering services to the equestrian community in Wellington. Most of the original core manager team is with us today.

The sound, lighting and visual elements of your event should have a big impact on your guest experience not on your budget! From years of producing events, we have learned what it takes to create the right visual and sound impact for your audience, décor, venue, and communication style. Audio – visual equipment with Full Professional Support Services are selected, delivered, set-up, technician-supported during your event and removed. We specialize in affordable A/V packages integrated with your décor for weddings, charity galas, corporate meetings, and equestrian events.

We host the largest Polo Brunch in the nation for 16 Sundays at the International Polo Club Palm Beach. We provide incredible cuisine, entertainment, fashion and world class celebrities to accompany a decadent buffet featuring over 80 items. A sell-out crowd of over 400 guests experience our Champagne Brunch while enjoying a thrilling polo game and then dance and socialize at our famous After-party.

Aaron’s work ethic, culinary innovations and impeccable service was rewarded by becoming only 1 of 2 preferred caterers for commercial sponsors of the Winter Equestrian Festival for several years. At the same time, Aaron’s Catering was recruited by the International Polo Club Palm Beach to provide catering services in their tented facility. We have just entered our 6th season as International Polo Club Catering LLC by providing fabulous charity galas, weddings, Bar-mitzvahs and corporate showcase events in the exquisite new air-conditioned Pavilion overlooking the a pristine polo field. During this period, our company has expanded to include exclusive and preferred caterer contracts with numerous venues throughout the Palm Beaches.
