All new OEM packaged parts (except memory in OEM packaging or any brand Printer or Monitor - These parts are covered by a separate manufacturers warranty. Please see the manufacturers warranty statement for terms and conditions) purchased from Abilene Computer Service carry a 5-day in-store replacement limited warranty. After 5-days the manufacturers warranty applies unless we installed the part for you. In which case a 30-day warranty applies.

Abilene Computer Service is proud to be a Veteran owned business and is a member in good standing of the Abilene Better Business Bureau Our store hours of operation are Monday ~ Friday, 9AM until 5PM Central Time. We are closed weekends and most federal holidays. After hours services are available on an emergency or contract basis. A call-out charge of $95 applies to all calls originating after our normal business hours. We provide services to 3rd parties on a sub-contracted or case-by-case basis. Please call us during normal business hours to discuss your needs.
