ABS Businesss Data was founded in 1997 as Active Bingo Solutions by Ric Newgard and Kevin Crum. Since that time ABS has created and marketed top notch software tools for the gaming industry. ABS Business Data first developed a basic pulltab accounting package called ProTab, then FastPick, a bingo player selection game package. The next project was competing in and winning an RFP by the Alberta provincial government for a bingo accounting package. At the completion of the project the software rights were sold to leading third party bingo competitor. This sale allowed ABS to refocus our product line to specifically to the casino industry. Using top consultants from Las Vegas, live gaming environments in Washington, and thousands of hours of research, Sonoma was born, our first casino only software designed for table game based casinos.
