Brad Johnson is a graduate of Clemson University in mechanical engineering. He has been a licensed residential builder and licensed general contractor for 8 years and a licensed home inspector for 5 years. Brad's training for home inspections is certified from the Inspection Training Associates of Oceanside, CA. Absolute Inspection Service uses a narrative format with a action list and picture pages. We offer a full line of environmental testing. Brad's mold certification is from the Pro-Lab company of Florida. Testing includes water, radon, asbestos, lead paint and mold. Absolute Inspection Service's home inspections include a professional evacuation of the grounds, exterior, interior, structure, attic, slab, insulation, crawl space, drainage, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, garage, bathrooms, kitchen and outbuildings. We encourage sellers to have an inspection in order to speed the contract process as well as attract buyers.
