Absolute Pay Trust was formed in 2001 by a group of payroll and employee leasing professionals who discovered, after years of working in their respective fields, that there was a better way to offer payroll and insurance solutions to small business owners. The guiding premise behind this idea was that there were and are flaws in both the employee leasing model as well as the concept of a traditional stand alone payroll service. The founders of Absolute Pay Trust also observed that clients of the large payroll and/ or leasing companies, often due to the sheer number of clients as well as the high turnover of internal employees, experienced little to no real personal interaction between the payroll/ leasing company and the customer. Absolute Pay Trust set out to find a better way.
