Cord prides himself in being conservative in his training approach, interactive while training his clients and is dedicated to educating his clients in the arena of health and fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. He is passionate in his pursuit of continuing education in an effort to ensure that his clients have access to the very latest health and fitness information and expertise. Cord sees his job as designing, implementing and motivating those in his Studio in safe and effective health and fitness programs.

The Absolute Workout Fitness & Post-Rehab Studio is dedicated to designing safe and effective client specific fitness and weight loss/ gain programs that address each client’s specific fitness goals and physical challenges.
