Our mission is to customize the highest quality of experience-based programs to meet and exceed our client's expectations. Requiring participants to learn by action, we strategically design activities which provide both indoor and outdoor experiences that stimulate insight, improvement and growth. At Absolutely Experiential, Inc. (AE, Inc), our goal is to fulfill the training needs of employees, employers, trainers, educators, counselors, therapists and academic staff, in helping to develop more effective, healthier, and safer working environments. It is our belief that a company's success lies in healthy relationships existing between employees, employers, customers and support staff. Our methods are unique in that we work closely with companies to custom design active indoor and outdoor experience based training and workshops that challenge participants to "learn by doing". "Learning by doing" generates more internalization of skills because it addresses what many training approaches ignore the learner's needs for kinesthetic, as well as visual and auditory involvement. This is especially important when helping people internalize the abstract skills of teamwork, communication, problem solving and consistency, in addition to many others.
