Bryan has been a full time employee for over 10 years but has been around the company most of his life. He serves on the Southwestern Regional Board of Directors along with the Emerging Leader Task Force for HARDI.

Randy plays an active role in HARDI International and has been a member for over 30 years. For 20 years of those years, he has been a board member and served as the HARDI International President in 2008. Additionally, Randy is a member of RSES, BOMA, ACCA, NATE, and AHRI. Randy believes that playing an active role in the HVACR industries education, social and business programs has greatly contributed to the success of AC Supply.

Mike Lucas, as the Arlington Store Manager and TEAM Leader, is set on helping AC Supply continue as the top choice for customers in wholesale supplier in DFW. Mike has been an employee at AC Supply for over 16 years. He is active in the HARDI professional dvelopment HEAT.U programs.He is married and have been with his wife for 16 years. They have 2 children (son 8 and daughter, 5).

Matt has been an employee at AC Supply for over 9 years, and eagerly took over the role as the West Side store manager in 2013. Matt and his team at the West side are known for their customer service and product knowledge. He plans to use his proactive attitude to help AC Supply be the number one wholesaler in DFW. Matt gre up in Arlington and attended Arlington High School.
