Description

Access Engineering has the experience and tools necessary to prepare traffic engineering studies ranging from traffic impact analyses for small developments to area-wide transportation system plans. Our projects include diverse elements such as trip generation and distribution, intersection analyses, safety studies, pedestrian/bicycle studies, air quality analyses, construction traffic control plans, and street alignments. Our staff includes personnel experienced in the design of traffic signals and street lighting as well as ODOT certified inspectors.

Michael Weishar, P.E., has more than 28 years of transportation and traffic engineering experience in both the public and private sectors. He is skilled in transportation planning, traffic operations, and environmental analysis with a special emphasis in traffic signal design and the development of traffic signal systems. Mr. Weishar has been responsible for managing a broad range of transportation projects from transportation planning studies to signal and illumination designs for road improvement projects.

Access Engineering is a small consulting firm specializing in transportation engineering planning and design. Formed in October, 1994, Access Engineering has amassed an impressive amount of experience working on projects all over the state of Oregon.
