Access Physical Therapy, Inc. was founded in 2010, in Chicago IL., by Velma and Jamie Smith. As an outpatient physical therapy provider, we recognize how important it is toreceivequality physical therapy treatment. At Access Physical Therapy, our goal is to create a unique patient experience, by helping you along your journey to better health of mind and body. Our ultimate goal is always; to help you help yourself by passing along knowledge, positive energy and the type of motivation you need to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.

As an employee in the medical field for over 15 years, I found out firsthand what it meansto provide patients a recovery process in a comfortable professional friendly environment, where the goal for each patient was to help them return to optimal health, well-being and function after personally suffering aninjury on the job.The moment I received treatment I immediately felt the enthusiasm of the physical therapist who worked with me to achieving optimal health. It was that day I decided to use my skills, knowledge and passion I had learned in nursing to help others.
