ATG has developed hundreds of hours of interactive and engaging e-learning courseware, including our unique simulation-based training, for a wide range of employers and service providers. ATG prides itself on helping employers and service providers build customized learning solutions, implement their training plan, and monitor the utilization and effectiveness of their employee and/or client development initiatives.
A leader-led course that was taught at a leading NE engineering university was developed into an online course. A key component of the development of this application was ATG's ability to provide resources to research and develop the required content to meet the needs of the targeted audience. The training course was designed, developed, and delivered in under eight weeks and exceeded the client's expectations.
ATG has a deep understanding of the skills needed to succeed in job search and on-the-job. We specialize in developing training to enhance the effectiveness of both jobseekers and employees, and have also built applications to help employers capture and track competency and performance information.
After 19 years with IBM, Ms. Baney left to pursue an entrepreneurial path. She purchased Access Technologies Group in late 1995, transforming it from a consulting company into an Internet application development company focusing on the development of e-learning courseware, simulations, authoring tools, and e-learning consulting.
