Howard has over 15 years of experience in engineering investigations ranging from structural problems, construction defect cases, product defect cases, industrial and commercial accidents, and much more.

ARAI uses the latest in computer aided modeling and simulation software as well as three dimensional scanning technology to provide the highest quality evidence preservation and presentation. Simulations can be created showing the relationships of the evidence to the sequences of events during an accident. Scene diagrams, animations, simulations , computer renderings or real-world testing are often used to demonstrate the events of an automotive accident.

Nearly all passenger vehicles have some type of EDR, however, the data from some vehicles can only be obtained through the vehicle manufacturer. ARAI uses the only commercially available tool for obtaining information from those vehicles that can be downloaded without the manufacturer's assistance. Please contact ARAI for information regarding what data a specific vehicle may contain (please have make/model/year and the VIN if possible).

ARAI is equipped with the knowledge, experience and resources to analysis, test and provide feedback on anything from concept designs to problematic components in machine systems.
