We do like using ARSI ® for our Collection Agency. We find the convenience for our consumers is great. If they need assistance with their bad debt, we are able to send them to the office to make arrangements for payment. We like working with the staff, they are very knowledgeable of the various employers that many of our Collections Consumers work for and the collections process seems to be seamless. We find the collection results excellent. We just like working with our local Collection Company, and keeping the business local.
