The Adams County Economic Development Corporation is a private, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to providing county-wide economic development services to benefit the citizens of Adams County. Our programs are designed to assist existing employers and also to attract new employers to our area. Our aim is to assist with job creation and job sustaining projects. We continue to recognize the importance of Agriculture and Tourism in Adams County and the significant contribution these industries make to our local economy. We are pleased to offer quality programs and services to assist with their business development plans. ACEDC is a participant in the regional marketing initiative under the brand "Smart Market" in a concerted effort to showcase South Central Pennsylvania. Most importantly, ACEDC remains keenly aware of the importance of our natural environment. We appreciate our history and heritage and the natural beauty of Adams County. It is our true desire to seek an appropriate balance between the winds of change and commercialization and the desire to preserve our natural environment.
