Acentech is the only acoustic solutions company to be incorporated directly from a division of the founding company, Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN). BBN was founded in 1948 as an acoustic consultancy company and has since diversified into computing and communications technologies. Acentech was incorporated in 1989.

Acentech has been in operation for over 60 years, and we continually build on our rich foundation by serving a diverse group of clients across the United States and worldwide.

We specialize in evaluating, measuring, isolating and mitigating noise and vibration. Working across a spectrum of industries, Acentech consistently provides cost-effective solutions and streamlined execution.
