Description

We provide medicolegal case review and expert witness testimony in medical malpractice and personal injury cases relating to the fields of emergency medicine and medical toxicology. We have also consulted for both business and government in areas pertaining to medical toxicology.

Our rotation is open to residents, medical students, pharmacists, and pharmacy students. We provide daily classroom didactics as well as inpatient rounds. We use high-fidelity simulation training to both educate and evaluate rotators. All rotators are provided with 300MB+ of supplemental reading on CD. A toxicology journal club is also conducted once per rotation.
