Mike Schnaus is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Datacard Corporation and has been with the company for 11 years, holding various senior management positions. With over 25 years of Corporate Development experience in total, gained with both public and private corporations in a wide range of industries, Mike focuses primarily on international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic initiatives.

Patrick has over twenty years experience in international sales and operational management in the software industry. His career includes senior positions at Uniplex, Secure Computing Corp. and at I-Logix as a member of the executive team which sold the company to Telelogic AB in 2006. Prior to joining Aconite, Patrick was VP of International Operations of the I-Logix division of Telelogic, with responsibility for all subsidiaries in Europe and Asia.
