This afternoon I called to ask that someone come out because our copier was acting sluggish and with the Tax extension deadline coming up, I didn't want to take any chances on having a service failure. We had a client waiting to see our boss when I placed the call. He went in and had his one hour appointment. Meanwhile, I received a callback from Robert of your company asking if it was convenient that he come over right away since he was in the neighborhood. (Robert is always very thorough in his explanation of what is being done and great to work with.) As the client prepared to leave, he noticed Robert working on the copier. His reaction was WOW!
