Action Pinball & Amusement is your full-service pinball source for parts & supplies, game repairs & service, and professional-quality game sales. We provide sales and service to both public and commercial customers- private game owners, home game rooms, public/commercial locations, and high-end game collectors alike.

B) Selecting a Packaging Method: We can professionally prepare and package your game before it is turned over to your freight company for the actual shipping. Packaging is the most important part of shipping a game , and determines how safely your game will be while it is in transit with your freight company.

Game sales isn't all we do! The largest demand from our customers for the last few years has been in providing service & repair on games that were purchased from other sellers, and selling/shipping parts & supplies to our customers who like to do their own service and maintenance. The increase in these portions of our business hasn't left us much available time to acquire, recondition, and sell used machines. In short, we're often too busy fixing everyone else's stuff to work on our own!.

Customers should be aware that commercial shippers simply move freight from one location to another, and the amount of care, or safety, that any shipped item receives, mostly depends on how well it is packaged before it is turned over to any freight company. Beyond that, the best choice for the actual shipping is any company that serves your area, and your needs, in a timeframe and at a price that are acceptable to you. In all our years in this business, we have never found any shipping company that gives "better service" than any other. So go with the shipper that works best for your particular needs.

We provide our own warranty with every new game we sell, offering 30 days comprehensive coverage, 90 days on electronics/circuit-boards, and a 12-month warranty on new score displays! Outstanding Customer Service: We like to say that when you buy from Action Pinball, "we come with the machine". Our local customers benefit from this the most, since we can be there in person to help if/when a problem arises, or simply when the game needs periodic service/maintenance. We give a reduced rate on service and parts to customers who have bought their games directly from our shop, and we are available any time for local service in-person. We're simply a phone call away!.
