Abby Koon, Property Manager, has been leasing and managing homes for over 10 years. She has been received specialized property management training in fair housing, contract law, agency, legal issues, disclosure, and commissioners rules. Mrs. Koon works with tenant lease negotiations to maintain over a 95% level of occupancy.
