Mr. Flint is Chief Executive Officer of Action Resources, Inc. Prior to joining Action in 2007, he spent 14 years working for one of the largest Transportation and Logistics companies in the country, most recently as Vice President of Intermodal Operations. Mr. Flint has extensive experience in transportation ranging from maintenance to customer service/sales to operations. Mr. Flint received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the United States Military Academy and a MBA from the University of Indiana. Mr. Flint also served in the U.S.

Mr. Milledge is the Vice President and General Manager at Action Environmental. Prior to starting Action Environmental he spent more than 15 years as an Environmental Scientist for Southern Natural Gas and Environmental Geologist for Bate Environmental. Mr. Milledge has extensive experience in large scale project management, environmental sciences and business management. He is the founder of Action environmental which was started in 1996. Mr. Milledge also has a Bachelor in Science in Natural Science from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
