Our rotary dies are fully hardened tool steel with a variety of coatings and processes to extend die life. Action Rotary Die, Inc. is your premier source for converting material ranging form 1ml to 250mls thick with rotary dies including foams, films, adhesives, foils and gaskets. Since 1989 Action Rotary Die, Inc has assembled a strong team to offer you improved solutions, faster turn around, a greater degree of personalized service and cost effective pricing. We have researched and developed techniques to improve our die life by adding different types of steels (including a molecularly enhanced treatment), utilizing a new heat-treating process, as well as developing specialty non-stick coatings. Upgraded equipment and processes are continually improving our machining and sharpening departments.
