The roots of our company date as far back as 1981, when founders Don Murphy and Bert Kuhn decided to embark on their small business adventure. With prior experience in the tree industry, they both felt it was time to pursue self-employment. Don and Bert had spent time working for the area's largest tree company, both excelling to crew foremen positions. Once they learned the ropes of the business, they pursued their own successful careers together.
