Keyspan Project: In January, 2005 Active Water Jet received a call from Marine Environmental Services LLC which is a company that performs environmental services for Keyspan. Active Water Jet has a business relation with Marine Environmental. The job requirements were to make two openings in one of the largest number six oil tanks in the East Coast. The openings dimensions were to be: 12 ’ high x 14 ’ wide on 1 ” steel. Keyspan was not completely satisfied with previous contractors that had performed similar tasks; Active Water Jet was highly recommended by Marine Environmental due to the professionalism of our personnel and quality of our equipment. The equipment utilized was a NLB 40 K with suction cup tracks. The work was completed in approximately 4 days.
