To date, Acu-Gage Systems has close to 1000 machines installed in over 30 different countries. We have dealers that service and support our products in the Far East, in Europe, in South America, and throughout North America. Our corporate partner, Heidenhain, has sales offices throughout the world. This is all part of our company philosophy to provide great value as a CMM to our customers, matched with a commitment of long term support for our software and our machines. Acu-Gage Systems, a manufacturer of one, two and three axis non-contact video and laser measuring system machines has delivered and installed a total of twelve (12) units to the US Treasury Department’s Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). The original order was for five (5) units with an option for four (4) additional units which was exercised and Acu-Gage completed in 2012. The Acu-Gage Systems proved to be so effective that BEP ordered three (3) additional units in 2013, which have been delivered and installed.

Acu-Gage Systems, a manufacturer of one, two and three axis non-contact video and laser measuring machines, has developed a system capable of operating on the shop floor in a harsh airborne carbon dust environment. Acu-Gage Systems developed this machine specifically for extremely harsh manufacturing shop environments—such as the production of carbon disc brakes used in cars and in the airplane industry. This system would provide a fully automated inspection of the pieces being produced using video/laser measuring technology.

Our metrology software is proven, powerful and “bulletproof”. Your Acu-Gage will provide a greater level of analytical power to your production quality assurance. Acu-Gage’s metrology software links design (with powerful reverse engineering tools), production (with automatic programming from CAD for fast first article inspection), and shipping (verifying lot samples with automatic data capture to Excel or SPC, for high-volume inspection customer requirements). Our free software upgrades will extend the life and technical support of your Acu-Gage.

Acu-Gage Systems welcomed a trade delegation from the Republic of Korea on Thursday. Discussions were held on the effect of bilateral tariff reductions, trade relations between New Hampshire businesses and South Korea, and opportunities for small businesses to receive assistance from federal agencies. The United States and South Korea trade relationship amounted to just over $100 billion USD in 2011. The US is South Korea’s fourth-largest trading partner, while South Korea is the eighth-largest trading partner for the US.
