Jorge de Leon, having been a key member of the firm for over 15 years, is the Director of Design and oversees the company’s creative design studio. Mr. De Leon, along with his talented staff, manages the artistic element of the architectural services by taking our client’s vision and a blank piece of paper and finessing it into schematic design solutions ready for design development and construction documents.

As chairman of his multifaceted company, Dan Adache believes that it takes versatility to carry out multifaceted visions, and it takes a wide variety of experience to accomplish versatility. Adache is an artist at heart. He minored in art at the University of Illinois when he received his degree in architecture in 1965, and has always stressed design and aesthetics as the basis of his architectural business philosophy.

Daniel E. Adache, AIA, has been Chairman of his award-winning architectural firm since it’s inception in 1969. Listed in “Who’s Who in leading American Executives”, Adache, in his entrepreneurial spirit, brings a broad range of value from his years of experience, not only as an award winning Architect, but as a successful real estate developer and general contractor, as well.

Successful architecture requires the highest level of expertise and professionalism. While every project and program is unique, the strategies and principles of the design process remains constant at Adache Group Architects. The Adache firm is structured with an exceptional staff of top-notch professionals with an average length of experience of over 20 years per professional; and is integrated into creative and technical teams for providing comprehensive professional services.

Ms. Beiner brings 17 years of experience in Interior Design, which has been focused on hotels and resorts at Adache Group Architects. She offers a wide range of skills including project management, ensuring attention to detail without compromising the integrity of the design. She oversees all aspects of the design process, from schematic to design development , interfacing with construction documents, construction administration, specifications and purchasing. Ms. Beiner worked on more than 15 multimillion-dollar resort, hotels, condos and residential projects.
